There are free resources you can use for assistance in sealing a criminal record: 

  • First, Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada has a FREE Clean Slate Legal Assistance Program that provides a free attorney to help eligible people seal their criminal record.  Visit Legal Aid Center Criminal Record Sealing site for eligibility information and how to apply for their services.   • If you want to try to seal your records yourself, you may attend a FREE criminal record sealing clinic.  The class is available online and in person, and will explain what kinds of records can be sealed and how, and provide you with the detailed steps to file on your own.  Visit the Criminal Record Sealing Class page where you can find information to signup for a class, along with other informational material.
